AAAL Recruitment 2021 Complete Details–
Educational Qualifications: Contenders applying for the post must have a Graduation Degree with BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate from the recognized college/institute.
Age Criteria: The applicant must not be more than 45 years by 15/12/2021. But this limit is not applicable in the case of reserved candidates as they are eligible for relaxation as per the central government norms which are mentioned below :
- SC/ST – 05 years
- OBC – 03 years
- Ex-Servicemen as per govt. norms.
Holders of BCAS Basic AVSEC /BCAS Certified XBIS Screener will get relief for a further period of three years.
Application Fee: Rupees 1000/- for GEN/OBC candidates.
Pay Scale: The candidate will get the monthly reward of INR 22371/- for the services rendered by him/her in the organization. In addition to salary, some allowances will also be granted.
Selection Procedure: Written Exam and the Personal Interview are the main parameters for the final selection of the candidate.
