Educational Qualifications: The prescribed qualifications as per the various posts are the following :

• Teaching – Ph.D./Masters/PG Diploma along with experience of three to twenty years.
• Manager (HR-Legal) – LLB ( with 55% score). MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR Management/Industrial Relations. In addition work experience of 10 years is desired.
• Creative Designer – Graduation with one-year diploma in Graphic Design having contents of software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Coral draw, etc. with experience not less than 03 years. Contenders holding a degree in Design or Fine Arts will get preference.
• Manager/Assistant Manager (ISC) – B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/IT/IS/EC with 55% score OR M.Tech (CS/IT)/M.Sc (CS)/M.Sc (IT)/MCA with 55% score. Experience of 03/10 years is desired.
• Manager/Assistant Manager (Placement) – MBA/PGDM of two years duration in HRM/Industrial Relations specialization. Work experience of 05 years is compulsory for Deputy Managers.
• Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (HR & Admin) – MBA/PGDM (02 years in HRM/Industrial Relations specialization). Work experience of five years is mandatory for Deputy Manager posts.
• Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance) – MBA (Finance)/CA/CWA/CMA OR M.Com, and Diploma/certificate in Computer Applications. Minimum experience of three years is required.
• Assistant Manager (Administration) – Graduation at 55% level.

Age Criteria: Upper age will be in accordance with the post for which the applicant is applying as it will differ posts.

Pay Scale: The candidates will get an adequate amount in which they can live in a comfortable way.
