RITES Recruitment 2021 Complete Details–

Name of Posts:

1. Junior Manager (HR/Personnel) – 03
2. Junior Manager (Marketing) – 01
3. Deputy General Manager – 03
4. Assistant – 03

Educational Qualifications: Individuals having Graduation with MBA/PG Diploma or Degree in Management/Marketing OR B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Engineering from the renowned college or institute can apply.

Age Criteria: On dated 01st March 2021, the candidate should not be more than 32 years (Post 01-02), 41 years (Post 03), and 40 years (Post 04). The reserved candidates are applicable for special age relaxation.

Application Fee: The fees notified in the official notification is based on the applicant’s category as below :

• GEN/OBC – Rs. 600/-
• EWS/SC/ST/PwBD – Rs. 300/-

But for post 04 applicants it is different in the way that it will be Rs. 300/- for GEN/OBC and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST and PH.

Pay Scale: If we look towards pay scale then it consists of Rs. 40000-140000/- Post 01-02, Rs. 70000-200000/- Post 03 and Rs. 13660/- Post 04 p.m.

Selection Procedure: The final recruitment in the organization will be done through Written Test, Experience, and Interview.
